STARR LAW OFFICES, P.A. was established in Pinellas County, Florida in 1991 by Attorney Ted J. Starr.

Mr. Starr handles Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Probate/Estate Planning matters. 

Attorney Jennifer L. Todd joined the firm in 2008 and she handles Family Law and Criminal cases.

Mr. Starr and Mrs. Todd are panel attorneys for several prepaid legal services, including Hyatt Legal Plan and ARAG Legal Plan.  Mr. Starr is a past Chairman of the Florida Bar Committe on Prepaid Legal Service Plans.

Our support staff is highly trained and the firm is dedicated to helping you with your legal needs.  Our clients are treated with courtesy and respect.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., by appointment.  Please call for a convenient appointment where your matter can be discussed in full.  In most instances, there is no charge for your initial visit.
